Dideolu Falobi, FNSE, FCIoD<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Previously announced by UNILAGFEAA, the prestigious lecture took place on <strong>Thursday, May 1, 2025<\/strong>, at the <strong>Sina Egberongbe Block, Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) Abeokuta Secretariat<\/strong>, Abiola Way, opposite OOPL Entrance, Abeokuta. The event, hosted by the <strong>NSE Abeokuta Branch<\/strong>, began at <strong>11:00 AM<\/strong> and drew distinguished guests and professionals from across the engineering and governance spectrum.<\/p>\n<p>Delivering a powerful address on the theme <strong>\u201cRe-Engineering Governance for National Productivity in Nigeria,\u201d<\/strong> Engr. Falobi offered a deep dive into the intersection of governance systems and economic performance. Drawing from both engineering principles and governance theory, he explored:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The four pillars of good governance: People, Purpose, Process, and Performance<\/li>\n<li>Nigeria\u2019s persistent productivity challenges and governance shortfalls<\/li>\n<li>The need for institutional, policy, and leadership reforms<\/li>\n<li>Strategies for embedding transparency, accountability, and efficiency in both public and private governance<\/li>\n<li>The role of technology, human capital investment, and citizen engagement in transforming national productivity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The lecture honored the legacy of <strong>Engr. Sina Egberongbe<\/strong>, an exemplary leader and former NSE Abeokuta Branch Chairman, whose contributions continue to inspire the engineering community.<\/p>\n<p>Engr. Falobi\u2019s delivery received widespread acclaim for its clarity, depth, and relevance, reinforcing his role as a thought leader committed to national development and institutional excellence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UNILAGFEAA congratulates Engr.
