Today, the UNILAG Faculty of Engineering Alumni Association (UNILAGFEAA) proudly joins his family, colleagues, friends, and countless beneficiaries of his generosity to celebrate a man whose life has been defined by service, nation-building, and the fear of God.

Engr. Kuti is widely celebrated for his 35 years of meritorious service in the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing, rising through the ranks to become:

• Federal Controller of Works, Lagos State

One of the most highly demanding and sensitive engineering leadership positions in the country. During his stewardship, Lagos witnessed significant federal road interventions, project supervision improvements, and strengthened coordination between federal and state agencies.

• Director of Federal Highways (South-West)

In this role, he oversaw key arterial projects across the region, demonstrating exceptional competence, diplomacy, and execution capacity—qualities that earned him both national recognition and deep respect within the engineering profession.
