September 17, 2025 By Sola Aina In Alumni Impact Stories The University of Lagos Faculty of Engineering Alumni Association (UNILAGFEAA) proudly acknowledges the generosity of Engr. Tijani Adewale, a distinguished alumnus from the Mechanical Engineering Class of 1981, whose thoughtful donation has given the Faculty of Engineering Library a refreshing facelift. Through his benevolence, the library now boasts new chairs and a large table, creating a more comfortable and conducive environment for learning and research. This contribution is not just furniture—it is an investment in knowledge, providing students with a better space to study, collaborate, and innovate. In his message of appreciation, the National Chairman of UNILAGFEAA, Engr. Ayotunde Ogunnoiki, FNSE, conveyed the gratitude of the entire alumni body and the Faculty leadership: “On behalf of the Exco and UNILAGFEAA Alumni, we want to say a big thank you. Your support is well appreciated, Sir.” This gesture by Engr. Adewale reflects the enduring spirit of UNILAG Engineering alumni: a commitment to give back, to uplift future generations, and to sustain the Faculty’s tradition of excellence. The Association celebrates Engr. Tijani Adewale and encourages other alumni to follow his example, knowing that every contribution—big or small—makes a lasting difference. Share this content: ← → x ×
