May 24, 2022 By feaaadmin In Uncategorized The national chairman and members of the executive committee of UNILAG Faculty of Engineering Alumni Association were on Sunrise program of Channels television this weekend to bring to light, the objective of alumni luncheon which is to hold at Radisson Blu hotel, Ikeja. The chairman of the alumni, Engr Dideolu Falobi explained that the Association’s half a billion naira fund raising project is to support the association’s commitment in raising the educational standard of the faculty to radically improve teaching, learning and research infrastructure. He expressed that many of members of the alumni association that are of industrial and political personalities have verify their readiness to support the project and attend the luncheon. They include the Governors of Lagos state, Governor of Oyo state, and Deputy Governor of Ogun states. Otunba Gbenga Daniel, a former governor of Ogun state who is also an alumnus will chair the occasion while another alumnus Dr John Momoh President worldwide of UNILAG ALUMNI Association is the Chief Host. Prof Oluwatoyin Ogundipe, Vice Chancellor of the University of Lagos is a distinguished Special Guest to the event. The luncheon is schedule for Thursday May 5, 2022, 10am at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos. A lecture on Lagos Mass Transit project to discuss its status and business opportunities will be delivered by Engr Abimbola Akinajo, an alumna, and Chief Executive of Lagos Metropolitan Area Transport Authority, LAMATA. Officials of the association who featured in the television broadcast include Engineers Dideolu Falobi, Remi Ayeni and Ayo Ogunnoiki. Share this content: ← → x ×
